amazing staff clean room equipped kitchen
The staff was AMAZING and friendly! The room was super clean and spacious. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen area, it had everything needed. I liked that all appliances were available in the apartment!
The windows didn't block the noise very well. I could still hear a lot of noise from outside, especially at night.

The location is convenient, placing the hotel near metro stations. Access to malls and hypermarkets is quite easy. This accessibility made exploring the city REALLY simple for us.

some issues
low water pressure limited shuttle timing
the staff was friendly. shops were within walking distance.
the water pressure in the bathroom was very low. i complained about it during checkout. the free shuttle to the beach and outlet mall was advertised, but the timing was very limited. it only ran until 9am, which wasn't useful for me.

Convenient Stay
helpful staff morning shuttle
The staff was very helpful, especially with directions. The rooftop pool was a GREAT amenity. I appreciated the shuttle bus service provided to the beach EVERY morning. This made planning our beach trips easy.

limited water small shower dripping pipe
the provided drinking water was rationed to 1.5 liters per day. this was a bit limited, especially with kids. the showers were small and slightly dingy. the shower pipe dripped, and the water pressure was not very strong.
